Ex-Southampton CEO lands role at ambitious WSL club
Former Southampton CEO Martin Semmens is making a high-profile return to football — this time leading the charge at London City Lionesses, one of the most ambitious clubs in the Women’s Super League. Semmens, who spent six years at Saints before his departure in 2023, has been appointed CEO as the Lionesses prepare for their first season in the top flight.
